Chef Paulo Runa
Born in Lisbon with roots, ancestors, from West cost at a young age he loved to share traditional Portuguese dishes with friends in Irland.
With the help of the tips learnt from his Mother, a cook with a large repetoire of Portuguese cuisine, he was starting to gain a reputation for culinary skills. Later, wanting to improve knowledge, technique & learn better and more skills particularly in kitchen management, he attended courses and workshops that specialised in these areas.
Since 2007, he manages and coordinates the kitchen of Sabores da Ria, along with the development of other projects.
